In 2002 I ran into a woodturning exhibit by a local Tallahassee woodturner. He convinced me to come to the North Florida Woodturners meeting, and I was hooked.
I purchased a lathe, and attended many demonstrations and workshops. Twelve years later, I started teaching woodturning classes. I am the past resident instructor and coordinator of Camelot's Woodworking Studio(closed permanently by covid.) I have been selling my work at art fairs, the Tallahassee downtown market, and two galleries, Wiregrass Artists Co-op, Thomasville, GA, and Signature Art Gallery, Tallahassee, FL. I do live and remote demonstrations for clubs.
